We use minimal cookies on our marketing website. Here is what we use and why:

If and when we add analytics, we will update this policy with specific details. We will not use advertising or tracking cookies without obtaining your explicit consent first.
3. The OtoLoom Chat Widget
When an OtoLoom chat widget is embedded on a client's website, it uses session storage only — not cookies. Specifically:
- Session storage stores only your conversation ID so you can continue a conversation without losing context if you navigate between pages during the same browser session
- Session storage is automatically cleared when you close your browser tab
- No data is stored in cookies by the widget
- No cross-site tracking occurs through the widget
- No conversation history is stored in your browser beyond the current session
The chat widget does not set cookies, does not use local storage for personal data, and does not track you across websites. If you submit a lead enquiry form through the widget, your details are sent securely to our server and to the business whose website you are visiting.
4. Third-Party Cookies
Some third-party services we use may set their own cookies:

6. Do Not Track
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Our platform currently does not respond differently to Do Not Track signals but we minimise tracking by design — we do not use advertising or behavioural tracking cookies regardless.
7. Changes to This Policy
If we add new cookies or change how we use existing ones we will update this policy and notify registered clients by email of material changes.
